The Korean Education Centre and the NSW Korean Language Teachers Association (NSW KOLTA) held the 2025 NSW Higher School Certificate (HSC) Korean Subject High Achievers Award Ceremony on 20 February, 2026. Around 30 students, parents, and teachers attended the event.

A total of 12 top-performing students from four Korean language courses—Korean Beginners, Korean Continuers, Korean in Context, and Korean and Literature—received certificates and prizes.

During the ceremony, award recipients shared their acceptance speeches in both Korean and English, expressing gratitude to their teachers and families. Many of the award recipients plan to continue studying Korean alongside their university major.
