Objective
  • To address the growing demand for Korean language education following the global spread of Korean culture "Hallyu" and increasing recognition of Korea within the international community
Target participants: Adult learners (including university students) residing in Australia

Program
Course Program
Pre-TOPIK
  • A foundational Korean language course designed for beginners prior to starting TOPIK classes. Ideal for those new to learning Korean.
TOPIK 1
(Level 1~2)
  • This course is designed to help learners of Korean to improve their listening and reading skills to successfully attain the Beginner level in the test (TOPIK Level 1 or 2)
  • There is no separate textbook for the course. Study material are provided in class for every lesson
TOPIKⅡ-1
(Level 3~4)
  • This course is designed to help learners of Korean to improve their listening, reading and writing skills to successfully attain the Intermediate level in the test (TOPIK Level 3 or 4)
  • The learners familiarise themselves with the question types of the test and learn vocabulary, expressions and grammar essential to achieve the Intermediate level
  • The learners will be provided with learning materials in the class, carefully prepared for them from practice tests and previous tests
TOPIKⅡ-2
(Level 5~6)
  • The TOPIK II-2 preparation course is designed to help Korean language learners who are preparing for the advanced level(Level 5~6) test
  • The course offers guidance to the test's format and frequently appearing contents, develop strategies for higher scores in listening, reading and writing, and allow students to identify their strengths and areas for development
  • The course is also for those who wish to further develop their Korean language skills including grammar and vocabulary
TOPIK Speaking Beginner
  • Designed for learners aiming for TOPIK Speaking Levels 1-2. This course focuses on communication-based Korean language learning for non-native speakers and overseas Koreans.
TOPIK Speaking Intermediate
  • Targeting TOPIK Speaking Levels 3-4, this course supports communication-centered Korean language learning for non-native speakers and overseas Koreans.
TOPIK Speaking Advanced
  • Designed for learners at TOPIK Speaking Levels 5-6. The course is communication-focused, catering to non-native speakers and overseas Koreans seeking advanced proficiency.

Class Size
  • Approximately 10 students per class.
  • A minimum of 5 registrations is required to run the class. Classes with fewer than 5 students will be canceled, and all fees will be fully refunded.
Course Fee
  • Speaking(50 minutes): AUD 100
  • TOPIK Ⅰ.Ⅱ(90 minutes): AUD 150
  • Pre-TOPIK(2 hours): AUD 200
Benefits
  • 4-Term Completion: Scholarship of AUD 200 (up to AUD 100 for - students primarily taking Speaking classes)
  • A maximum of AUD 200 will be awarded regardless of the number of courses taken.
  • AUD 200 will be granted upon submission of four completion certificates within two years of the first certificate issuance.
Completion Requirements
  • Attendance of at least 70% of the term.
  • A minimum score of 70% in the end-of-term assessment.
    - Attendance will be recognized once per term upon submission of a medical certificate.
    - In the case of an official business trip, attendance will be recognized through an assignment substitution upon submission of an official document or travel order (limited to once).
    - For travel to Korea and cultural experiences, attendance will be recognized through an assignment substitution (limited to once).
Assessment
  • Conducted in the 9th week of each term.
  • Includes listening, reading, writing, and speaking evaluations through written tests, observations, and interviews based on the instructor’s criteria.
Refund Policy
  • Full Refund (minus processing fees) : Before the first class.
  • 50% Refund (minus processing fees) : After the first class.
  • No Refund : After the second class.
