The 24th International Academic Seminar and Public Lecture, organised by Dankook University, is being held from 7 to 11 July at the Korean Education Centre in Sydney.

On the first day, around 45 participants, including Korean language teachers and local literary figures, attended the event. Director Jiyoung Kwon, in her welcome speech, "We are very pleased that the KEC is taking part in this meaningful event that highlights both the Korean language and culture.", and added, "I hope this seminar will contribute to the global spread of Korean culture."

The seminar features 20 sessions covering a wide range of topics related to Korean language, literature, and cultural technology.
