'Study in Korea' Info Session Successfully Held at the University of Melbourne
On April 4, the University of Melbourne hosted a successful ‘Study in Korea’ Info Session, attracting 81 students interested in studying abroad in Korea. Participants received detailed information on Korean universities, scholarships, student life, and various academic opportunities.
The session was supported by the Korean Education Centre (KEC) under the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Sydney. Light catering was provided for participants, and the event was organized by Dr. Nicola Fraschini from the Asia Institute at the University of Melbourne.
The Korean Education Centre plans to continue supporting similar programs in collaboration with Australian universities to promote Korean language and culture. These initiatives aim to increase access to study abroad opportunities in Korea for students studying Korean and Asian studies in Australia.
