"Study in Korea" Booth at the Sydney Korean Festival in Darling Harbour
The Sydney Korean Education Centre successfully operated the "Study in Korea" booth at the Sydney Korean Festival held in Darling Harbour. This booth provided valuable information about studying in Korea while showcasing various aspects of Korean culture to festival attendees.
Activities at the booth included a QR code scan to view promotional videos on studying in Korea, a prize draw, and hands-on experiences such as creating transparent fans with Korean calligraphy to highlight the beauty of the Korean script. Visitors could also participate in traditional games and share their impressions of Korea, collecting stamps to receive eco-friendly souvenirs.
The "Study in Korea" booth attracted significant interest, with around 400 visitors out of more than 50,000 festival-goers. For those specifically interested in studying in Korea, additional brochures and informational guides were distributed, broadening awareness of Korean education and culture.
