2018 Korean Performance Contest

The KPC(Korean Performance Contest) in 2018, organized by Korean Education Centre in Sydney was successfully held in Korean Cultural Centre in Sydney organized for about 3 hours from 1:30 pm with about 150 of students, parents, and teachers attending.



The contest was awarded separately in the section of the artworks competition and in the section of cultural performances.

This year, in particular, for participants in other states who were unable to participants in the main competition stage because of distance reasons, the Video Performance section was newly made.


A total of 324 people, took part in the contest

In the Cultural Performance section, 10  teams of the primary department and 9 teams of the secondary department who passed the preliminary round performance Korean Cultural Performance at the main stage.


Mr Ki-Min Kim, the director of Korean Education Centre in Sydney, said he is confident that the contest will be a good opportunity for students studying Korean at primary and secondary schools in Australia to have interest for Korean culture.
